| Around the hotel is a delightful garden, which provides a peaceful setting for visitors to relax in. The distinctly African trees attract a huge variety of bird life, as well as the Bvumba's rare Samango monkeys. An expert resident bird guide is available for guided bird walks upon request. A stream passes through the rounds providing the surroundings with a fresh county feel. |

The dining room has won a number of awards over the years and has established a reputation for the finest cuisine in the Eastern Highlands, with a menu that combines family favourites and unusual exotic dishes. It was rated five stars in the 2007 competition as well as being Restaurant of the Month for April. BREAKFAST: 7am - 9am LUNCH: 12.30pm - 2pm DINNER: 7pm - 9pm Snacks are served on the verandah and in the lounges from 9pm until 6.30pm and light lunches between 12.15 and 2pm |
